My daughter is 5 years old .She is suffering from cold but there is no fever only runny nose nothing else much.What should we do ?

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician1 week agoA. Roast some chana on tawa snd make a potli of it and let baby tajes it’s steam as it helps to stop runny nose and give besan sheera to the baby it helps give warm soups
