Q.

My daughter is 5 years old. she is active but looks too lean. Request you to pls suggest suitable nourishment.

A. Baby immunity and growth can be taken care of by giving a proper diet with all the nutrition required for proper growth of the child . vitamin C, zinc, iron and vitamin D has key role in this. Multivitafmin syrup like syp full 365 can be given 5 ml twicec a day for 1 to 2 months. Give all the vaccination required.

You Start with Pedia sure if you want to that’s quite good to go for You can give it two times in a day when without any additional sugar along with that if you feed the child is lean maybe not getting proper nutrition and supplements then you can start with multivitamin iron and calcium for about three months
