Q.

My daughter is 5 years old now. Due to COVID time she has not go outside of home from 2 years. Now for the first time she is attending offline school. So I have noticed that she has very low immunity always use to suffer from Cold, cough, fever easily. Please help me Suggest Something to develop strong immunity. Please

A. that's very common observation is noticed now a day becau of same reason.. give immunity booster food substance like-Eggs, youghrt, spinach, nuts like almond, wallnut, sunflower seeds, apple, and all seasonal fruits and vegetables and , oats, garlic, carrot, broccoli, butter, beans , mint juice, milk and milk products. educate her fir frequent hand washing
