my daughter is 5 years old due to the pandemic we are not taking her out.. does this impact her physical activeness mainly will it cause any deficiency of vitamineD? we are giving her multivitamins as per doctors prescription..do you suggest anything else? and also we are worried about hygiene if we take her out due to pandemic.. pls suggest the care to be taken while taking her out and also after coming home to be safe. thanks
