my daughter is 5 years old and recently she suffered with a fever and she got cured ..now she has small pimples like all the face may I know the reason please

A. common post viral fever, it will subside itself

A. Maybe you have given some medicines which were heavy that is why the child has had pimples or rashes like that because of the heat in the body that may have been generated because of the medicine that you have given so you can apply calamine lotion as of now
