my daughter has small pimples on her face and neck and a little fever why is she doing this ? are the pimples hot ?

Atogla cream you can apply as this could be due to heat in the body on heat in the weather this is a very common problem with kids in early age so you can go ahead with the application of the cream about three times in the day to begin with I am sure you will get better results
