Q.

My daughter is 5 years n 6 months old .She can eat her food properly but she is overweight. In that case what can I do to reduce her weight?

A. your child is having more weight. usually it is genetic and is related to more food intake and decreased physical activitsy. meet dr for growth and physical assessment. increase the physical activity of the child. do not give packet foods or any outside food containing preservativxes. meet diet expert / nutritionist for diet modification.

You should consult a nutritionist for that will help you with a proper diet plan which will help in reduction of the weight of your child and at the same time will not reduce down on allergy or supplements city is better to consult a specialist because a child is too small it’s better to go ahead with the proper medical help
