my daughter is 5 years and 9 months old, her teeth hav not fallen yet, still a new teeth has come right behind the old one on the inner side behind the front teeth. please can u check the picture and suggest. wil the old teeth hav to be uprooted?

A. Hi you should consult with Pediatric Dentist for early removal of the milk teeth as if milk teeth do not fall by thereself.. as is will cause malalignment of the permanent teeth
