Q.
my daughter is 5 year old .she have cold and fever from Yesterday .i gave her livolin plus and for fever is 100/101.3 I have her meftal 2.5ml and have calpol as well her weight is 17kg .all medicines Are prescribed by her Dr .what else I can do bcoz her fever is not getting reduced at all . above mentioned medicines are correct for treatment . only Dr reply required plz thank you

Cold is most of the time because of some viral infection or allergic condition and symptoms are usually sneezing, running nose, nasal congestion and fever. cough along with throat irritation are usually associated . Treatment consists of antiallergic antipyretics analgesics and decongestants medicine . As a home reymedy steam inhalation would be very useful . Medicines like wikoryl / tminic / Alex cold can be used in a proper dojse for 3-5 days as per the symptoms . Steam inhalation is repeated frequently .

Mam you can do Thande Paani Ki Patti and for a five year old child the dosage should be somewhere around 4 1/2 to 5 ML right now that’s what I can suggest you so you continue with this thing as of now also I would like to tell you that you can actually go ahead with Thande Paani Ki Patti
