Q.
my daughter is 5 year old. she has shoulder cut...whenever I comb her hair, she had little hair fall... she used saba med shampoo... I changed the shampoo but still the problem is same... I can't visit doctor due to prevailing circumstances... please suggest me any medicine so that i can overcome this problem... I think this is due to some weakness.....

It could be a natural things or it could happen because of nutritional deficiency or rarely it could be a skin disorder

Do oiling to give strength to hair roots so that hair stop falling. Use coconut oil to massage ur kids hair. This will help to control hairfall and promotes healthy hair growth. Wash with any mild shampoo
