My daughter is 5 year and 7 months however most of the time she will leak bit of pee in her underwear before realising that she needs to go to toilet. She will forget in her activities or play that she has an urge to to go to toilet and before she realises and by the time she go to toilet ahead of leaks some into her underwear. Is this normal? What should i do to correct this?

A. It is normal and it is also normal that the child doesn’t forget it on its own it’s basically the thing where the child is just being lazy to go to the washroom at the same time this is an intentional thing don’t forget while playing and all because I feel lazy so they wait but by the time we realise the urine comes out and that’s normal but you’ll have to do regular counselling because it’s an unhealthy habit that your child has developed
