Q.

my daughter is 4years.she is hyperactive. but she is didn't talk to me and other s.only speak about rhymes and songs in phone repeatedly I want to talk to me her naturaly . what can I do

A. if the baby is happen at to naturally baby will be having like this For further advice it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination if there is need for investigations also then only proper treatment can be given to you o . K .
