Q.

my daughter is 4 yrs old. she don't want to try anything new to eat .. it's really difficult to make her eat vegetables and fruits... what should I do?

A. continue it efforts please it is advisable to continue your efforts in feeding the child. many times it take more efforts from the parents to make the child eat nutritious food. so kindly go for different recipes and flavours which might improve the appetite of the child. At the same time it is also important to meet your doctor to rule out nutritional deficiency which might be the cause of loss of appetite. Give juice fruits and water which will improve appetite and regular physical activity.

A. actually introduce vegetable paratha or something like that to your child with this way you can incorporate good amount of routes into the food that were giving so hopefully that will be a way to give really good amount of food to the child and that table tennis player that the right where can suggest you as of
