My daughter is 4 yr 6m old. she is having fever after giving paracetamol calpol 120 mg. the fever is not being down what to do?

A. Hello, your baby girl is 4.5 years old and she is having a fever so paracetamol doesn’t work properly so she may need proper antibiotic medicine and plenty of fluids
