Q.
my daughter is 4 years old. she speak the dilaogues of cartoon she watches and rarely speaks to me short sentences. but she does not speak to anyone else. also she gets angry at people who force her to eat or write. what could be the reason? how to address this ?

proper language / speech development will start between 18 months of age to 3 years of age.
there is no need to worry before that just concentrate on the diet and regular interaction with the child.
also speech and language develops properly with more people available to interact with the child
avoid usage of tv mobile and laptop because they are the most common reasons for delayed speech and language development.
the most important thing is that before speech, understanding of the commands given by the parents should be present.
by 18 months if the child is not following basic commands then fonly you have to meet the doctor for speech and development assessment.
requirement of speech therapy will also be discussed by your doctor.

Your child is just learning cartoon language because your child is watching cartoons all the time you need to put a stop to watching cartoons they are not a very good thing to go ahead with side recommend completely shut down the screen time for the child and just talk to your child more spend time with your child teach your child in a play way and that’s how things are going to be better for you I need to completely switch off screen time nowWrite Your Answer Here
