My daughter is 4 years old she drink a cup of milk 2-3 times in a day is it ok with it

A. Having milk in moderation is not a problem you just have to see that the child is not exceeding the amount of 500 ML because honestly milk is not that importance this second it is not pure so you should focus more on the food rather than giving more of milk
