My daughter is 4 years old and she had good thick hair and after tonsure the hair is too thick and stand straights with gaps.. what will be reason for this unusual hair

Madam without checking and see in the situation I think I will not be able to help you properly on that which is why I would suggest to get a check with a dermatologist sis versus their area of expertise I believe they will be able to give a proper help for that
