A. hi it happens because of frequent head bath , malnutrition or Infection too so first ,I advise to avoid giving frequent head baths in a week, you can give head bath twice or on alternate days. use mild shampoo like Babyhug brand shampoo. it contains milk protine which will help to keep the scalps hydrated and prevent dandruff. apply coconut oil daily on your child hair give Healthy and nutritious diet
