Q.

my daughter is 4 year old ...she having recurring cold and cough..how to increase her immunity??

A. it is important to prevent temperature variations around the child which is the most common cause of cough and cold in children followed by any typed of food which is causing allergies and do not give cold water or ice cream and keep the child immunized for influenza that is give flu vaccine yearly and you can also go for home remediesd regularly like tulsi ginger and honey and turmeric with milk

A. hi yes, recurring infection means low immunity or it could be allergic issue too so please get it checked with your pediatrician for once keep your child well hydrated you may give Tulsi leaves with pinch of salt, turmeric powder and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning which help to strengthen your child immunity
