my daughter is 4 months old now and i am not getting periods. after how many months I will get my periods? any medicine or any exercise should I need to do?

No need to do anything because when you’re breast-feeding your baby because of elevated hormone levels you may not get your cycles even after 6 to 12 months so the best thing that you can do is keep using contraceptiveWrite Your Answer Here

Vritika AroraMom of a 5 yr 2 m old child4 years agoA. Hi dear mom There is irregularity of periods after delivery due to the hormonal. If u are breastfeeding mother, then it can take a year for the periods to resume. Once u stop breastfeeding the periods will come
