my daughter is 4 months old now and i am not getting periods. after how many months I will get my periods? any medicine or any exercise should I need to do?

A. No need to do anything because when you’re breast-feeding your baby because of elevated hormone levels you may not get your cycles even after 6 to 12 months so the best thing that you can do is keep using contraceptiveWrite Your Answer Here

A. Hi dear mom There is irregularity of periods after delivery due to the hormonal. If u are breastfeeding mother, then it can take a year for the periods to resume. Once u stop breastfeeding the periods will come
