Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. only breastfeeding is good enough to improve the hair growth in the child along with scalp massage. you have to give only vitamin d supplements and any other supplements if needed will be added by the doctor. you can use any oil for scalp massage which is not causing allergy and massage can be given to or three times per day

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl2 years agoA. Apply a mixture of almond and castor oil hopefully that is going to be favourable for your child I cannot guarantee about anything because these things are completely based on the genetics of the child but this is a good home remedy to try
