My daughter is 4 months 13 days old. Today in the morning she had very pale greyish poop. Poop was very less in quantity also. Is there any problem? Should i be concerned? She is on medication for diarrhea.

A. if baby on the formula feed then can change color. Breastfeeding is the best source of natural immunity and also all the natural vital antibodies to a newborn. Doctor s don't recommend formula milk as it is not required at all . Only exclusive breastfeeding is the best for good immunity and baby health , reduces colic and gas issues and helps in the overall brain development of the baby. To boost milk supply feeding mother can take more fluids ,water, and even take lactate tablets or shatavari . No substitute for mother milk . No water , ghutti or honey or any other syp for immunity or bones is given without doctor advise till 6 months of age as it not needed.

A. Hello mom Grey colour is stool is not always alarming it can be because of natural or artificial food and take in mothers diet or can also be because of formula milk. In such case if your baby is active and taking proper feed on time then every thing is fine and nothing to worry about
