My daughter is 4.7yrs. we are staying in Bangalore, and we are observing that she is suffering with cold frequently and at night from past 3-4 days, she is coughing and vomiting. Is it normal or any medication requiy? Should I visit to doc ? How can I improve immunity? #Vaccination

A. Hello mama If vomiting daily from 3-4 nights then give ondem syrup.. This will help to stop vomiting. Secondly Give steam inhalation two three times a day and apply Vicks on the chest and feet give relief from cough. To increase immunity include amla, lemon ,ornages ,kiwi,haldi milk garlic etc in diet
