my daughter is 4.6yrs old . she has rough frizzy hair... wht to do for silky smoth hair . pls suggest something

Follow good hair care like -Oiling hair with a mixture of oils like olive, alla oil, onion seed oil, sesame, coconut and castor oil regularly, keeps provides moisture to hair and prevent them from drying and breakage. give healthy diet n use mild shampoo
