my daughter is 4.5years Old she is only 12.5 kg weight...and 99cm height ..she takes a proper meal.. she is active

That’s very good to know that the child is eating properly but still not gaining weight and that could probably be due to poor digestion or some deficiencies in the body so you should check with your doctor said you can figure out the correct reason and solution to the problem
