my daughter is 3years n 5 months old but cannot talk yet...it seems she has a thick tongue..what to do...she doesn't even concentrate when we talk...

Or consult speech therapist once
Give your time and attention
Do lots of fun activities together
Tell story and help baby to increase his vocabulary
