My daughter is 3years 3months. Today afternoon we have put polio drops. By night she got fever. Is it ok ?

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby girl is 3.3 years old and she has received a pulse polio vaccination and then she got a fever so there’s no any relationship between oral dose and fever

Hello ma’am Normally by polio drops a child does not get fever maybe it’s a seasonal fever that your child has got so just to be on the safer side you can give paracetamol to your child or Crocin and you can repeat the dosage after every eight hours if the fever does not come down and also if you need to consult your doctor once
