my daughter is 3months 29 days old she has not peed over the night but during day time she will pee . and my daughter is having mild hydronephrosis will this cause any problem

A. try to feed often few babies have tendency to with hold urine if the problem perissts kindly consult your doctor for proper examination and medication maintain hygeine in the area
