hello,my little one is 3 year old ...in the mid night when she peed she felt pain ....but in morning she didn't felt any pain while pee....and she is having red rashes near pee area

A. Hello..watch for yellow or smelly urine..if so than it may be infection..if so than contact a doctor ...for further management. a diaper rash could also make it painful for your baby to pee- treat for diaper rash.. apply rash cream.
