my daughter is 3 yr 3 month old she has been caught with cough and cold for last 10 days medicine are going on but there is slight improvement. what can I do now

A. Give ginger juice and honey with pinch of black pepper to your child 3 to 4 times in the day and along with that giving steam indirectly and nebulising is also going to be helpful because these things are benefiting and clearing the congestion
