My daughter is 3 years old , she is getting small pimples on her cheeks. I tried nycil powder but not helping. what can I do for her pimples?

A. it is because of the heat you just need to ensure that you are keeping your baby cool by giving cucumber watermelon muskmelon and different types of fruits and also encourage the habit of having lots of water
