my daughter is 3 years old. having fever since yesterday evening. after giving 5 ml paracetamol syrup the fever subsides. but after 5 to 6 hrs again she has fever.

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby girl is 5 years old and she is having a fever so after giving her 5 ml paracetamol it comes down but again it rises so give her plenty of water and proper antibiotic

Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, during viral fever, fever lasts for 5 to 6 days. And fever comes after 6 hours. So do not worry if it is a Birla fever. It will be a rig t after a day as you just follow the instructions of your doctor carefully. Good luck and take care
