#asktheexperts My son is having suden fever from yesterday evening, I am giving him normal paracetamol syrup 2 ml thrice a day but still he is having the fever, what should I do and having little Dry cough also please help on this.

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. Fevers due to viruses can last for as little as two to three days and sometime as long as two weeks. A fever caused by a bacterial infection may continue until the child is treated with an antibiotic.
