Q.

My daughter is 3 years and 11 months old. She is an active child and is going to school. She eats quite well. From the last few months she has been crying about the leg pain. Since the last few days she has complained about having headaches. Leg pains I get, it's common for kids at this age, but do they have headaches at this age? What shall I do? Any suggestions please.

A. See usually from the age of 3 1/2 years onward a lot of time it has been seen that kids suffer with leg pain because of growth pain with which you can massage the legs regularly and can give calcium and vitamin D supplement after consulting the doctor which child is also complaining of headache I do recommend you to please visit your doctor for both the issues once
