#AskTheExpert my son 3+ year is underweight 12 kg only though he eats well and his height is also less than the kids of his age though he is quite active..is that need to be worried

Dear Mother sometime you need to give some supplement under doctors recommendation to boost to the health of your child of kids eat well but it is not showed on the physical growth so in that case is supplement to help them don’t show proper growthWrite Your Answer Here
