Q.

My daughter is 3 years 2 months old. She knows everything and enjoys reading, but she is not interested in writing. She doesn’t even hold a pencil or crayon. She reads books attentively, but has no attention for writing. Writing means I'm saying about colouring, standing or sleeping lines etc. How should I improve her pencil gripping or writing?

A. Hello! It is too early for the child now to hold the pencil in a proper position strongly. For this, only you need to gradually start giving small tracing, colouring activities for your child. Gradually, the child will have the grip to hold pencil nicely.
