my daughter is 3 year old she has fever n chest congestion too ..I hv given her paracetamol 250 ml n 1syrup for chest congestion..can anyone suggest safe antibiotics

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. you cannot give antibiotics without medical consultation. also if it's viral infection or an allergy then there is no role of antibiotics. all infection and illness doex not require antibiotics. also dosage is given as per infection and type of disease. meet your dr for proper advice. d
