My daughter is 3 year and 4 months old...She is constipated most of the time..Sometimes she goes 2 days without pooping and next day she passes hard stools painfully. or with the help of stool softner syrup...I am giving her homeopathic medicine SBL constipation regularly but its not working. Her diet is also simple and she drinks water too..Please suggest me something for constipation

A. constipation is a common problem where diet modification is very important encourage high fibre diet and lot of fluid intake avoid food which aggravates constipation medication is second option only for now you can give empty syrup to your baby
