Q.

My baby is too constipated and is pooping 2-3 times very solid n ball like poop.. what should i give her to relieve her?

A. This clearly means that your child is not well hydrated. Please make sure that your child drinks at least 1 L of water per day. Also, you can start papaya and banana banana on daily basis as these are natural fibres.
