My daughter is 3 year 6 month old baby girl having fever 104.3 degree. I am giving medicine for fever, cold& caugh and stomach cramping in some times. After giving medicine of 4-4:30 hr the fever coming back.how to handel.

A. keep temperature checking 6 hourly.. And give paracetamol drops / syp in proper dose. Fevers higher than 104° F. should to immediately consult ur doctor! give lots of fluids, you can repeat paracetamol in 4 hours.
