my daughter is 3 months old she constantly keeps her tongue out and touches the sleeves.. is this normal..also she is scratching her head.what to do.

A. In most of the cases it is a normal thing to be seen but in a lot of cases it may be associated with teeth coming also so you check and check for either of the two situations as both the things are normal for this kind of behaviour to be seen with the child
