my daughter is 3 months old and she is having yellow greenish potty with mucus . what shoul I do?

Mucus can be seen into the poop of the child due to 2 reasons if your child is already suffering with cough and you giving medicines then it may be coming out into the motion but sometimes it could be due to stomach infection so you should check with your doctor
