Q.

My daughter is 3 months 6 day's old she's completely on breast milk, when she was 1.5 months old she used to drink formula twice a day but later on our pediatric switched to lactogen from emphamil which she consumed for a week and she got constipated, now she is only on breast feeding and does not take any formula milk. Which is very difficult for me to take her out. any suggestions as to how to make her adapt to formula twice once or twice a day.

A. tahts good so knw. Breastfeeding is the best source of natural immunity and antibodies to a newborn baby never give formula milk as it is not required at all exclusive breastfeeding is a must for good immunity and baby health , reduces colic and gas issues and overall brain development of the baby. No water , ghutti or any other syp is given till 6 months of age .
