A. if the baby gain proper weight and sleep calmly it's not a problem because some babies go for demand feeding we need to feed them whenever they need may be between 3-4 hr or may be between 1-2hr and most of the babies go for 4-6 hr sleep without feed it is normal whether some sleeps throughout the whole night.

A. you have to give only demand feeding to the child that is whenever the child feels hungry you can give milk to the child and the child will take the milk according to the need and then will leave the milk. if the child is taking more milk you can offer milk in more quantity with intermittent burping . there is no need to to go for fixed dfeeding pattern. also there is no need to wake up the child from sleep if the weight of the child is within normal limits . also if the weightd gain of the child every month is normal then no need to worry regarding the pattern of breastfeeding

A. Most babies are able to sleep through the night – or sleep for at least six hours without waking up to eat – sometime between 3 to 6 months of age. Healthy babies who are born full-term are generally able to sleep through the night without a feeding starting at 3 months of age or when they weigh 12 to 13 pounds.
