My daughter is 3 and half months old.. There is big lump behind her ears.. We did a blood test. Dr told ders infection.. Is der anything to worry about??

Is it a lymph node swelling or something else?
What was the diagnosis?
If It is a Lymphadenitis then antibiotics can help in reducing her infection
