#AskTheExpert Dr my 3 year old boy fell on his head and has a big lump.. .i did apply ice and the gel but the lump is still there... however after 5 hrs he vomited.... kindly advise

A. the baby is more than three years of age since baby has vomited after head injury most of the times it is simple concussion injury no need to worry about this if the vomiting persist consult a doctor
