my daughter is 3.7 yrs old. what are the foods I can give to develop her immunity?

A. dear mom balanced homemade diet is the foundation for good health and immunity.baby's daily diet should have grains, millets. proteins like pulses/non veg, egg, powdered nuts. seasonal vegetables, green leafy vegetables and fruits are important. curd, mint, turmeric, ginger can be included.
