Feed same food items (menue) continue for 4-5 days then change the food item for another 4-5days.
Feed with other family members.
Give in separate plate to maintain personal identity.. In between mail meals, fruit, fruit juice, one biscuit can be given. Avoid junk foods strictly..Also make eating time enjoyable, interesting, encourage them to self eating. Involve your child in each process of food preparation from buying things and preparing to get his interest in food. Take his opinions. Eat with him.
Avoid force feeding.
