my daughter is 2yesrs 2months old, she is not eat solid foods. if I try to feed she get vomit. what I do to she eat solid foods And show interest to eat her own. I made time table to feed her. Is it wrong I did. because without knowing her hungry I am feeding her smash food. so please suggest me the proper way to feed my baby.

it's alright if the baby is still preparing soft and Mushy food. it's true that you can't follow our time table when it comes to babies and you have to follow the hunger cues and only then the baby will consume. if you babies will be independent and will like to eat all by themselves and it is ideal that you let them eat like that only

It’s Always good if you’re working on a timetable but you have to maintain a gap of minimum two hours to 3 hours you know like almost 2 1/2 to 3 hours in between to think that you are giving to the child also yes sometimes you can over feed also which is why your child is vomiting so just try to feed your child only when your child is hungry
