my daughter is 2months old..is haemoglobin is very low. it's cause any deficiency??

A. Oh yes when the haemoglobin levels are not proper that means your child already is having deficiency of iron so you can definitely go ahead with giving an iron supplement to the child because that’s what you can give for initial 6 months after that you can give iron rich food and fruits to the child
